How can I re-assign a large number of tasks to a different user?

To bulk re-assign tasks from one user to another, click on CRM > Task Management.

Use the dropdowns to find all tasks assigned to a user, in a particular status or relating to a specific client and then click Apply Filter.

Tick next to the tasks you wish to select and click on Reassign.  In the pop-up box, select the target user you wish to reassign all these tasks to.  In the confirmation box, click Yes.
