If you have a new staff member commencing with your team, we recommend that they have their own login for CCUBE.
We will need some information about the user that we are to create:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
- Email Signature Sample
- Relevant Modules you would like to subscribe to for this user (by default, all users must have at least the Core Module)
This information can be sent to our Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once created, we will send these login details back to the user/individual who has requested the login as well as adjusting your overall subscription to reflect the new user.
We recommend that users never share logins to ensure that change made to records are accurately capture by the automatic audit trail
