Feature Spotlight: Book meetings through the Client Portal
Did you know that your end clients can book meetings with you through the Client Portal?
This helps cut down on admin work for you and your team, while empowering your clients to take an active role in their advice journey.
Initially, clients will need access to the Client Portal before interacting a Notification Page that links into your calendar. Instructions on how to configure both aspects of this can be found below:

Do you have questions that are a bit more than training, but not quite right to speak to our Help Desk on?
We are looking to trial a new range of webinars called 'Coffee with CCUBE' where you can join us for a virtual coffee and a chat around the system.
Please be aware that we will not be addressing Advice Wizard recommendations through this forum as there can be many mitigating factors to consider when writing these recommendations, however if this is something you would like to see us tackle please let us know.
