- Are you seeing a double in your investment asset value in your client's CRM Investment Portfolio?
- Is it also a datafeed account?
- Did you also by chance manually entered "missing" transactions to this datafed account?
Please unmap and remap the account and all will be fixed.
Whenever you see an error in asset value, you need to try unmapping and remapping the account.
